Niantic patch notes have always been terribly uninformative. Here's what the 0.39.0 patch note said:

Capture location: The location where a Pokmon was caught will now be displayed on their information screen.

PM的捕获地点现在会显示在PM的信息界面。

Pokmon GO Plus and Incense: Trainers can attempt to capture Pokmon they encounter from using Incense with the Pokmon GO Plus accessory.

手环和香料：训练师可以用手环抓到因香料遭遇的PM。

Minor bug fixes

一些细小的BUG修正。

At this point, that last joke is getting real stale. Here's what the 0.39.0 patch notes actually look like:

Pokemon details page now display the city and country of a Pokemon's origin.

Pokemon GO Plus now captures incense-lured Pokemon.

Pokemon Attack IV no longer scales with Pokedex Number.

PM的攻击IV与PM图鉴的关联不再存在(之前的关联：图鉴编号越低的PM，攻击IV值越低)。

Nest Pokemon no longer have their IV handicapped.

巢穴产出的PM不再有IV限制(之前巢穴产出的PM，IV残疾……)。

Power up sorting bug fixed.

增强PM时的排序BUG修正。

Gym code streamlined, combat should now feel much more responsive.

GYM代码优化，战斗现在感觉更流畅(对于用户操作能更加正确的相应)。

There is now an attack buffer, your next attack command is automatically queued.

GYM攻击Buffer，下一次攻击将会序列化 (个人理解：击败一个防守PM，切换到一下防守PM时不会总是被下个防守PM先手？) 

attack buffer指的是正在攻击时玩家给的下一个攻击命令也会存储进buffer，当前动作完成后会直接进行在buffer队列中的下一动作，所以攻击会更加流畅。

These are all great quality-of-life updates. It's hard to understate how important the updates that Niantic failed to mention are. Frankly, Niantic is being irresponsible by keeping us guessing.

Imagine if any other MMO released a balance patch and failed to mention it? Those two IV updates completely change what Pokemon are worth keeping going forward.

如此重要的更新居然没明确体现在更新说明中。看来N社很喜欢玩猜谜游戏。

想象一下有哪个MMO发布更新说明会不提到这种重要的内容？这次两项IV相关的变化会彻底改变某些PM的培养取舍。
